I figured I'd update that topic. As you know, I received my credential in December 2006, and moved to Texas the week I finished. My plan was to live with family there, find a job and save up to move out on my own. Well, I definitely got the living with my family part down. The rest, not so much. The job wasn't quite what I was expecting. It was more of a nanny/maid instead of just a nanny. Plus, I felt that she would be judgmental about everything I did. I just didn't have a good feeling about it as a whole. I wasn't comfortable. I got there Tuesday.
